The Foundation is led by a Board of Administrators responsible for governance, strategy, and legal oversight.
Marie Enback
President
Marie Enback is an educator, consultant, and a Master Certified ADHD Coach, MCAC. With more than two decades of experience in the field of ADHD. Her work spans professional education, cross-sector collaboration, and structured development of ADHD Coaching as a clearly defined professional practice across Scandinavia and Europe.
Since 2016, she has provided ADHD Coach training and contributed to competence development within the field. She collaborates with ADHD associations and professional organisations internationally and currently serves as Ethics Chair of the PAAC (Professional Association for ADHD Coaches), contributing to ethical governance and professional standards.
In 2025, she presented two scientific posters at the World Congress on ADHD, contributing to dialogue on structured coaching interventions and outcome evaluation. Her work is guided by a long-term commitment to clarity, quality, and responsible integration of ADHD Coaching within broader support frameworks.
Carola Stivala
Secretary
Carola became engaged in neurodiversity advocacy following multiple ADHD diagnoses within her family, which led her to active involvement in community support. From 2013 to 2024, she volunteered with ADHD Malta, serving as Secretary and later Vice President. She also served as a Board Member of ADHD Europe from 2018 to 2024, contributing to cross-national collaboration and advocacy.
Introduced to ADHD Coaching in 2016, she pursued formal training and became an certified ADHD coach through PAAC (Professional Association for ADHD Coaches). She organises accredited ADHD Coaching courses in Malta in collaboration with Marie Enback, and ADHD Malta, supporting the development of coaching competence in the region.
She holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Amsterdam (1999) and works professionally in Human Resources, bringing a cross-cultural and organisational perspective to her role.
As Secretary of the ADHD Coaching Europe Foundation, she contributes her experience in advocacy, governance, and professional development to support awareness, accessibility, and high standards within the European ADHD Coaching community.
Dorothy Sciberras
Treasurer
With over 14 years of experience in the field of neurodiversity, Dorothy began her journey as an advocate following her son’s diagnosis at age seven. This personal mission evolved into 11 years of dedicated service as the Treasurer for ADHD Malta, where she provided vital support to individuals with ADHD and their families.
To bridge her professional career with her passion for advocacy, she earned a Masters in Management (HR), with a specialized research focus on the experiences of women with ADHD in the workplace. She is also a graduate of the Adult ADHD Coaching Approach course.
Currently a Manager in the banking sector, she integrates her coaching expertise into her daily leadership, mentoring junior employees and supporting clients through a neuro-inclusive lens. Now fully committed to the ADHD Coaching Europe Foundation, she brings her extensive financial expertise and years of advocacy to elevate and support the professional growth of ADHD coaching across Europe.
The Board ensures that the Foundation operates responsibly, ethically, and in line with our public-benefit purpose.
Advisory Board
David Giwerc, MCAC, MCC
Advisory Board Member ADHD Coaching Europe Foundation
David Giwerc is a Master Certified ADHD Coach (MCAC) with the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC) and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is the Founder and President of ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), one of the world's leading ADHD Coach training programmes accredited by both ICF and PAAC.
David has played a significant role in the development of the ADHD Coaching profession. He is a past President of the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), where he contributed to the development of the organisation's Guiding Principles for Coaching Individuals with ADHD. He currently serves on the Professional Advisory Boards of both ADDA and PAAC and is a former Board Member of the American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders (APSARD).
He is the author of Permission to Proceed: The Keys to Creating a Life of Passion, Purpose, and Possibility for Adults with ADHD and has contributed to ADHD Coaching research, including the award-winning study Are There Character Strengths Associated with Adult ADHD? Comparison of ADHD Adults and Controls on the VIA Inventory of Strengths, recognised at the APSARD Annual Conference.
In recognition of his longstanding contributions to ADHD Coaching, David has been inducted into the CHADD Hall of Fame and received the ACO Founders Award.
As a member of the Advisory Board of the ADHD Coaching Europe Foundation, David contributes his extensive experience in ADHD Coaching education, professional development, and international leadership, supporting the Foundation's mission to advance, define, and unify professional ADHD Coaching.
Lotta Borg Skoglund, MD, PhD
Advisory Board Member ADHD Coaching Europe Foundation
Lotta Borg Skoglund is a Swedish doctor, researcher, and passionate advocate for the girls and women with ADHD who have spent their lives being overlooked.
She is Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Karolinska Institutet and Uppsala University in Sweden. Together with co-author Professor Helena Kopp Kallner she founded GODDESS ADHD, a research group dedicated to understanding how hormones shape the mental health of girls and women across their reproductive lives — a field neglected for far too long.
She is the founder of SMART Psykiatri, a clinic for early detection and preventive mental health support, and the author of eight popular science books. Her ADHD 24/7 model — co-created with patients — is used by organisations to build neurodiverse teams, support managers and employees with a common language, and ensure no extraordinary talent goes to waste in the workplace.
Her internationally acclaimed ADHD — From Girls to Women: Getting on the Radar has helped countless women finally understand their own stories. Female Hormones and ADHD is her most comprehensive work yet — for every woman who has ever been told she is too much, not enough, or just plain difficult.
Henrik D. Ragnevi
Media
Henrik D. Ragnevi is an educator, media specialist, and consultant with extensive experience at the intersection of education, mental health, and digital communication. His professional background spans teaching, media production, and psychosocial support, with a strong focus on how technology and storytelling can support learning, inclusion and personal development. With a background in both special education and psychiatric care, he brings a unique cross-disciplinary perspective to ADHD-related communication and training. He has worked for many years with young people and adults in vulnerable situations, developing practical tools for structure, motivation, and self-expression through media, design and digital platforms. As a teacher in media and aesthetic subjects, he integrates visual communication, film, photography and AI-supported workflows into pedagogical practice, with particular attention to accessibility and cognitive diversity. He is actively engaged in exploring how emerging technologies can be used responsibly to support neurodivergent learners. Within ADHD Coaching Europe Foundation, he contributes expertise in media strategy, content development, and digital outreach. His work is guided by a commitment to clarity, ethical communication, and the use of creative tools to strengthen understanding, agency, and participation for individuals with ADHD.
Tina Squire
Advisory board member
ADHD Coaching Europe Foundation
Tina Squire is a UK-based ADHD coach, neuroinclusion consultant, coach educator and mentor coach. She is the founder of Adeptina and is widely recognised for her expertise in workplace neuroinclusion, ADHD accommodations, and professional coach education.
Tina is certified as Professional Coach by both International Coach Federation (PCC), and PACC the Professional association for ADHD Coaches, (PCAC) also a DEI practitioner. She brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across operations, sales, HR, and people development, together with specialist expertise in adult ADHD, workplace accommodations, the UK Access to Work programme, coach education, and professional standards.
She has extensive experience supporting organisations in developing neuroinclusive workplaces, implementing effective accommodations, and creating sustainable systems that enable neurodivergent employees to thrive.
As a member of the Advisory Board of the ADHD Coaching Europe Foundation, Tina provides expertise in workplace inclusion, reasonable accommodations, neuroinclusive employment practices, coach education, and professional standards. Her perspective helps ensure that the Foundation's work remains practical, ethical, accessible, and aligned with the needs of both individuals and organisations.
